Samantha C. 2015

~"When I made the decision to pursue teacher training, I knew I needed to find a school that made me feel comfortable and accepted yet challenged to take my yoga deeper.   Kelly & Ted, owners of Shanti School of Yoga gave me all of that and more. This program allowed me to dive deeper into discovering, accepting, and embracing my true self. I was able to learn how yoga applies into each aspect of daily living and how to authentically share yoga with others from a genuine space. I have Kelly & Ted to thank for opening me up to a truer and fuller life, preparing me to share yoga with others, and giving me a second home at Shanti. “Kelly is a guide as a pebble that causes ripples in water. She has an innate intuition of the light already inside you. She is the pebble that allows that light to shine through you. She does not guide teachers towards any specific direction but allows their path to ripple naturally. I have never felt more myself since starting my yoga journey with Kelly. I have her to thank for allowing me to become my complete and full self, feeling confident to share yoga with others from my authentic space. ~
